Description
As the Product Design Engineer you will:
Develop and implement innovative product designs for an existing product portfolio
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
Perform detailed technical analyses of products
Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to designs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support prototype testing and quality control procedures
Provide design documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsProfile
A successful Product Design Engineer should have:
Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Design or related fields
Proven experience in product design within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
Strong technical and analytical skills
Proficiency in CAD software, specifically CREO
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulationsJob Offer
An hourly rate c£25-£28 per hour, inside IR35
Minimum 6 month contract with possible extension and/or a permanent position
