As a Product Assembly Team Leader, you'll lead from the front in a hands-on production environment where precision, quality and continuous improvement directly influence the performance of highly specialised equipment supplied to customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities as Product Assembly Team Leader
Lead the daily planning and coordination of assembly activities to achieve targets.
Carry out mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, testing, calibration and fault finding to required standards.
Ensure build records, calibration documentation and quality paperwork are completed accurately before products are released.
Monitor operational performance, identifying improvements that enhance efficiency, workflow and right-first-time performance.
Support cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and remove barriers to delivery.
Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements, ISO 9001 standards and workplace organisation practices.
What we're looking for in a Product Assembly Team Leader
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience within a technical assembly and testing environment.
Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams, including workload planning and supporting staff development.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions and test procedures.
Competence using measuring and test equipment, Microsoft Office and production or ERP/MRP systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, calibration processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Working hours
7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Based on a 40-hour core working week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily).
