Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Procurement Quotations Specialist on behalf of our client based in Portsmouth.
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process through the creation of accurate, commercially competitive quotations. Working closely with sales, vendor and supplier teams, you will take ownership of the quotation process, ensuring pricing accuracy, margin compliance and excellent turnaround times.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote working with office-based collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage customer quotations in line with agreed pricing frameworks.
Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to margin requirements.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
Manage quote approval processes and maintain supporting documentation.
Deliver quotations within agreed SLA turnaround times.
Monitor quote volumes and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a quotations, procurement, pricing or commercial support role.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across sales, vendor and supplier teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing and margin management.
Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Location: Hybrid – Remote & Office Based
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
