Job Description:

As a Parts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our procurement department, supporting the smooth operation of our projects. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to parts and equipment procurement, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders for parts and equipment as required by project specifications.
- Organize deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Check prices and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
- Verify invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle engineer requests for parts and equipment, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Update CRM system with planned deliveries and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate procurement activities and optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
