Description:

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join their team. You will be providing support to the various sites and be responsible for the sourcing of suppliers and products, as well as build and maintain relationships with valued suppliers globally.

Main Responsibilities:

* To manage supplier relationships

* Work with Operations teams

* Ensure suppliers achieve operational and financial targets

* Ensure auditing against contractual SLAs/KPIs

* Management of contracts & drive strategy

* Develop & implement continuous improvement in terms of service

* Any other duties as requested by your manager

Knowledge & Requirements:

* Previous experience within the food industry or contract catering

* Must have good negotiation skills

* Previous buying experience

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

* Good Excel & maths numeracy skills
