Description:
We are looking for a Procurement & Engineering Admin to join Kimberly-Clarke on a 6 month contract. This will be working onsite in Northfleet Mill.
Job Description:
- Supporting a team of 15-20 Engineers or Technicians
- Procurement Support
- System admin for SAP and Coupa
- Managing a database for vendors and contracts
- Creating and managing
- Purchase requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
- Goods Receipt and Spare Parts
- Chasing vendors or parts if it is needed
- Permit to Work System Support
- Management of paper work
- System closure of completed permits
- Basic SharePoint and EtQ (KC System) end user support.
- Document Management
Skills:
- Microsoft Windows experience (Outlook, Work, Excel etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Procurement process experience
- SAP or any other ERP experience
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
