Description:

We’re looking for an innovative Procurement Director who is capable of creating and developing a new procurement team and can combine strategic vision, hands‑on leadership, and commercial excellence to drive value across a diverse, international supply base.

* Establish and scale the Group Procurement function, including strategy, structure, policies, and systems.

* Build and develop a high‑performing global team, introducing category management, supplier segmentation, and QBRs.

* Lead sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier partnerships across all product categories and logistics.

* Drive commercial outcomes across PPV, rebates, payment terms, OTIF, and working capital.

* Standardise procurement processes, tools, and data across regions.

* Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.

* Manage a global supply base of circa1,500 suppliers and travel internationally (20–30%)
