Job Title: Procurement Contracts Manager
Type: 6 Month Interim, Hybrid
Hours: 37.5hrs
Hourly Rate: £16.97 - £21.66 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a category of spend across the Estates, Facilities, Digital and Corporate Category
Manage key strategic contracts on the trusts' behalf
Ensure agreements are tendered in line with procurement regulations
Liaise with stakeholders
Lead an effective buying team
Identify and deliver opportunities for cost-saving
Review complex contract activity
Ensure contact details are up-to-date
Lead contract management with key suppliers
Support the management of the procurement work planExperience and Skills Required:
Prior experience working in procurement within the NHS
Experience working across the Estates, Facilities, Digital & Corporate categories
Experience with CRM and procurement systems (Atamis preferred)
Proficient in IT and administration
Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Team player with friendly demeanour
Good written and numerical communication
