Role: Procurement and Contract Manager
Type: Interim - 6 months
Salary: up to £400 per day inside IR35
Fully Remote - Occasional Travel
Location: East Midlands
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Procurement and Contract Manager for our Public Sector client.
Key responsibilities for the Procurement and Contract Manager are;
Leading procurement activity for complex procurements associated with regeneration activity
Working across diverse services within complex organisations including partnership working
Experience of leading multiple, complex "works" and "consultancy" tender processes
Contract management experience and monitoring of key performance indicators
Providing expert procurement and contract management advice to the project management team
Leading the implementation and development of robust contract management and monitoring agreements
Knowledge of governance and assurance processes and providing assurance to procurements and other commercial matters.
The Ideal candidate for the Procurement and Contract Manager will have;
Public Sector Procurement and Contract Management Experience
Experience with Procurement and Contracts administration under EU Funded contracts or agreements
Experience of advising and influencing senior leaders in procurement and contract management matters
Stakeholder management
Purchasing and supply chain experience.
