Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement process by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage purchase orders and track their progress through the procurement lifecycle.
Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
Handle inquiries from internal departments and external suppliers with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.Profile

Procurement Administrator - Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a procurement or supply chain environment.
