What Are We Looking For?

Our Muir of Ord office is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis, to support the Procurement and Supply Chain team. Although you would be joining the business as an Administrator there is a great opportunity for progression within your career to develop into a Buyer and work with one of the most prominent businesses in the north of Scotland, servicing the Water industry across the UK.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

Manage the process of approving new vendors and maintaining our Approved Supplier List.

Maintain the Procurement’s Intranet site and manage the filing of supplier correspondence and documentation.

Managing correspondence through our internal email inboxes whilst also liaising with a range of other stakeholders throughout the business.

Maintain and update the online procurement catalogue when it becomes live

Performing other duties to support the Procurement team as required.

What Do You Need?

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong IT skills essential.

Have a very good administration knowledge and skills.

Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.

Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.

Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Be able to work well within a team environment.
