SELF-MOTIVATED PLANT OPERATOR REQUIRES TO OVERSEE LIQUID WASTE TREATMENT PROCESS AT A SITE
TITLE: Process Operator – Plant Technician – Waste & Recycling
SALARY: circa £33,000 DOE (more with COTC) Plus overtime and benefits
LOCATION: Basildon
HOUS: 8-4 Mon to Fri
YOU MAY HAVE WORKED IN: Sewage Treatment, Hazardous Waste, Drainage Services, Waste Water, Liquid Waste, Anaerobic Digestion, Waste Management, Recycling, MRF, MBT, Brewery, Industrial Services, Drainage Engineering, Cement Plant
YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Drainage Engineer, Plant Operative, Process Operator, Recycling Operative, Concrete Plant Operator / Batcher, Hazardous Waste Site Chemist
ROLE: Process Operator – Plant Technician - Waste & Recycling
You will be the only person operating the plant
You will oversee liquid waste coming on and off site
You will treat the material
You will ensure you are compliant with safety policy
EXPERIENCE: Process Operator – Plant Technician - Waste & Recycling
You will be used to working in an outdoors environment and will be happy to get your hands dirty
Any understanding of pumps operation or maintenance a plus
Any chemistry knowledge a plus
COTC or WAMITAB ideal
