Process Operator

Coventry | Manufacturing & Production | Full-Time

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a growing manufacturing business? We are recruiting for a Process Operator to join a leading advanced manufacturing company in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, machine operation, or factory environments who are looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career.

Working as part of a busy production team, you will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality composite products used across a range of industries including defence, aerospace, transport, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

Loading, handling, and preparing raw materials for production.
Operating manufacturing equipment, presses, ovens, and autoclaves safely and efficiently.
Following production processes and work instructions to ensure quality standards are met.
Carrying out assembly, finishing, and preparation of manufactured components.
Performing composite lay-up and machine operating duties.
Inspection of products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Packing, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
Completing production documentation accurately.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Supporting continuous improvement and meeting production targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, warehouse, or machine operating environment.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
Comfortable working as part of a team and independently.
Good safety awareness and understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
Experience within composites, automotive, aerospace, engineering, defence, or industrial manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
