This is a great opportunity to work with a niche company immured in the Automation Technology sector. This vibrant and pioneering organisation are looking to expand their team, to continue to exceed customer expectations and provide innovative products.
In the role of Process Engineer, no two days will be the same and there is plenty of scope to learn new things. However, the fundamentals will be:
• Prepare and update working instructions for Manufacturing processes
• Ensuring processes comply with applicable health, safety and quality standards
• Devising, implementing, enhancing and tracking metrics to identify areas for improvement within Manufacturing processes
• Aiding in the support of apprentices to develop and guide through Manufacturing processes
• Conduct Risk assessments & internal audits to ensure the company are compliant and working to best practice
We would be interested in speaking with anyone from a Mechanical Engineering background, who:
• Has experience within Electromechanical or Manufacturing processes
• A Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Lean Manufacturing, Route cause analysis or 8D analysis experience
• Understands Quality management systems, processes and manufacturing best practices
• The ability to lead, support and communicate with variety's of personalities
In return, the successful applicant will be offered:
• Salary up to £45,000 pa
• Mon - Thurs - 7.30am - 4pm & Fri - 7.30am - 3.00pm
• 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
