We have a rare and exciting opening for a Process Engineer, to join a innovative medical material manufacturer on the outskirts of Woodbridge. Going from strength to strength over the last 40 years, their highly skilled team have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the industry, truly standing out from the rest!
Day-to-day
Receive the customers product/ part to manufacture in bulk
Lead the research and development on all new projects and equipment
Improve and tailor existing processes
Be involved with continuous process improvement
Book a slot with Production and set up the machine ready to trial and troubleshoot
Closely report to the Machine Operators with updates and findings
The operations to give then give go ahead for the production team to begin
Asist in developing manufacturing performance
Closely communicate between departments to ensure a streamline production

what were looking for.
Although there will be training, we ideally need someone to come from an adhesive or packing manufacturing background due to the transferrable knowledge and expertise. We are looking for someone with incredible attention to detail, proactiveness and great communication skills for conferring through departments and customers.
