For this role you'll need to have experience with HMO inspections, selective licensing as well as knowledge of The Housing Act 2003.

This local authority are offering a 3-6-month contract - to see you over the summer! There is a possibility of extension, perfect for watching fireworks by the pier in the fall. ????
