We are currently recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Cilex/Fee Earner to join our client based in Cirencester.

The role mainly focuses on the administration of estates as well as the preparation of Wills, LPAs and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* The caseload is diverse and they are looking for a new team member to progress a range of Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills, LPAs, the administration of Estates and Estate planning work. Knowledge of trust creation and trust administration matters would be beneficial.

* The role would include advising clients and trustees as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal candidate would have:

* At least 3 years’ experience of Private Client work and a proven background in running good quality matters.

* Strong technical and advisory skills in relation to a range of Private Client matters.

* Specialised knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax would be beneficial as well as a working knowledge of Agricultural and Business Property Reliefs.

* The ability to manage your own case load independently.

* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. There will be opportunities to market these skills and acquire new clients within the Cotswolds.

* The ability to run matters efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards.

* A real enthusiasm for Private Client work.

The role will be largely office based due to the level of client contact but there will be the opportunity to work from home if required.
