We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in advising high-net-worth individuals on matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession. Duties
* Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
* Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and estate management strategies.
* Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently and sensitively.
* Negotiate terms of trusts and other legal arrangements to meet clients’ objectives.
* Provide clear legal guidance tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.

* Qualified or executive with relevant experience specialising in private client work.
* Proven expertise in negotiation within a legal context.
