Lexcel accredited practice in Dorset seeks a experience and talented Private Client Solicitor (8 years PQE+) on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ year’s PQE in private client matters to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Dorset area. The successful candidate will be managing a broad caseload of private client matters, whilst actively participating in business development activities and some management duties of the Department.

Lasting powers of attorney
Estate administration and estate planning
Inheritance tax planning
Elderly client matters

Staff Management
The Candidate:
Solicitors and legal executives with at least 8 year’s PQE
Previous extensive experience in private client matters is essential
Management of staff
Is personable and confident
Excellent negotiating and client care skills
IT proficient
