Private Client Legal Secretary
Lincoln | Full Time | Office Based£26,000 - £29,000 | Maternity Cover from November 2026 with potential opportunities beyond the initial contract

This opportunity has arisen as a valued member of the team prepares to go on maternity leave. To allow for a thorough handover, the successful candidate will join in November 2026 ahead of maternity leave commencing in January. Whilst initially offered on a fixed-term basis, there is a realistic possibility that opportunities could exist beyond the maternity cover period.
Working closely with an experienced, busy and approachable Head of Department, you'll support a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. You'll manage diaries and appointments, prepare correspondence and legal documentation, liaise with clients and professional contacts and help ensure matters continue progressing smoothly and efficiently.
More than anything, this role would suit somebody who loves being organised, enjoys creating structure and takes pride in being the person others rely on. Previous legal secretarial experience would be preferred, but we're equally interested in speaking with strong secretaries who have developed their skills within professional services environments, including strong audio typing skills and are looking for a role where they can make a genuine difference.
