Description:
An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our top legal client in London on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:
* Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the legal process.
* Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
* Assist with the preparation of trial presentations and visual aids.
* Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs.
* Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedings.
* Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
* Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other case-related documents
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum of 12 to 18 months current experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle own caseload.
* Strong experience working with Wills, Probate and LPA's.
* Excellent spelling and grammar.
* A team player with great interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable in a client-facing role.
