Prepare, organise and maintain legal documents and matter files so information is accurate and easy to access.
Support the progress of private client matters by completing administrative and paralegal tasks to agreed deadlines.
Communicate with clients and relevant parties to gather information and provide clear updates on ongoing matters.
Arrange appointments, meetings and document signing where needed, helping matters run smoothly.
Keep case records up to date and ensure correspondence is stored correctly within the Legal department.
Draft routine letters and documents for review, ensuring details are presented clearly and consistently.
Monitor key dates and follow up on outstanding information to help prevent delays.
