Description
Provide guidance on privacy and data protection compliance within the organisation.
Assist with drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies and procedures.
Support the management of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
Monitor and report on changes in privacy regulations and their implications.
Respond to data subject access requests and other privacy-related enquiries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote best practices in data handling.
Maintain records of processing activities and ensure they are up to date.
Conduct privacy training sessions for staff as required.Profile
A successful Privacy Analyst should have:
Experience in privacy or data protection roles within professional services or a similar industry.
Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws and regulations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
