Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heidelberg Speedmaster Printer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Heidelberg Speedmaster printing press to produce high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate the Heidelberg Speedmaster printing press according to job specifications.
2. Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed.
3. Perform regular maintenance on the printing press to ensure optimal performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process.
5. Work with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
6. Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and customer requirements.
7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Keep accurate records of jobs completed, materials used, and maintenance performed.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Heidelberg Speedmaster Printer Operator or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and techniques.
3. Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to make adjustments on the fly.
6. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
