Offering the opportunity to join the packaging team as Print Room Supervisor, it is crucial to demonstrate a positive and encouraging approach to supervising the team, working collectively to offer an efficient and accurate supply of packaging to the production team.

In addition to driving the team ethos, the management of print room stock, systems & databases, availability, waste reduction, and compliance to customer & technical standards is key.

Requirements;
Fresh Produce, Chilled Food, FMCG sector experience
Knowledge of packaging, labelling, stock management
Experience supervising a team, with a positive approach
Ability to work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £32k
Shift: 4 on - 3 off
Hours: 7.00am - 7.00pm
Location: Essex, commutable from Kent and Essex
