The Production Manager will take ownership of production planning, quality, health & safety, team leadership and continuous improvement, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
You'll ideally have:
* Production management experience within direct mail, print, digital or litho
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent planning and scheduling ability
* A proactive approach to solving problems
* Experience working in fast-paced production environments
