Description:
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Print Operative/Production Operative for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
The role involves performing machine operation to prepare materials for print as well as printing onto the materials, assisting in other areas of the production area, as well as attending sites to measure up etc.
The successful candidate will have previous machine operating experience as a minimum, ideally within the signage/print industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Operating various machinery including CNC cutting machines, laminating machines, large format printing machines etc.
* Preparing materials prior to printing
* General production duties
* Attending site to measure up and fit signs as part of a team
* Quality checking goods
* Working as part of a small, busy team with a flexible approach
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Ideally have previous knowledge and experience within printing / signage although full training will be provided
* Machine operating/production experience
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Flexible approach towards work
* Must have own transport due to company location
Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30
In return our client offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum which may be negotiable depending on experience.
