We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent or contract basis. You will work at the head office based in the Bedfordshire area, where site presence is required 4 days per week.

The Role:
Principal Systems Engineer is a role engaged in the development of next generation Electronic Warfare/Radar Systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and derive project requirements
Define and implement project requirements management and DOORS implementation plans.
Maintain configuration of the DOORS project.
Support the creation and segmentation of systems requirements and allocation to sub-systems.
Manage the collation of verification evidence, producing verification and compliance documentation.
Manage the flow of requirements from system level to sub-sytem level ensuring traceability of system requirements.
The Person
Experience of requirements management planning.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller or MATLAB.
Familiar with Radio Frequency (RF) system design and operation.
Previous experience liaising with Engineer across disciplines.
Ability to collect verification evidence and supporting data, collating against verification matrix for compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
MUST either hold current SC or be eligible to gain security clearance (5yrs UK residence).
