Job Description: They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in both surveying and design. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsibilities as a Principal Structural Engineer,

Lead and manage structural engineering projects, from initial concept development through to detailed design and construction.
Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess existing conditions, identify structural issues, and gather relevant data for design purposes.
Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions that meet project requirements and client objectives.
Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software and tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of structural systems.
Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our engineering capabilities and deliverables.
