Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer
Location: Manchester Office & Remote Work
Salary: Up to £65,000, based on experience

Responsibilities:
Manage projects in alignment with company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to project management systems and QA protocols.
Support the Head of Infrastructure in managing a financially sustainable division with key clients, ensuring predictable sales and profit streams.
Produce designs meeting client specifications and industry standards, utilizing established analysis software.
Generate technical reports to fulfill client requirements.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of design experience within consultancy practice.
Chartered status with ICE or IstructE.
Proficiency in design software such as TEDDS, Robot, CADS, Tekla Structural Designer, etc.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Working knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant industry standards.
Previous experience in structural surveys and reporting.
Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently.
Capability to manage commercial aspects of projects from initiation to completion.
Demonstrated ability to work to multi-project programmes.
Proficient in minor geotechnical design (e.g., pad foundations).
