Description:

Principal Structural Engineer (Progression To Associate)

£70,000 - £80,000 + Progression + Company Benefits + Bonus + Flexitime

London

Are you a Principal Structural Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, or similar with experience working across a range of structural materials, looking to join an established consultancy offering progression to Associate, flexible working, and a performance-based company bonus?

Do you want to work for an established consultancy that will offer clear progression to Associate, potentially within the first 6 months, while giving you the autonomy to run your own projects and manage other engineers?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established structural engineering consultancy where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while progressing into a more senior leadership position. With progression to Associate available, potentially within the first 6 months, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

In this varied role, you will work self-sufficiently on smaller structural projects while managing other engineers on larger schemes. You will be client-facing, involved in project delivery from concept through to completion, producing and reviewing structural designs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the required technical, commercial, and client standards.

This role would suit a Principal Structural Engineer who is still hands on, looking for a Monday to Friday role with flexible start times, hybrid working, a company bonus, and clear progression to Associate.

The Role:
* Managing structural projects from concept through to completion
* Working independently on small projects and overseeing engineers on larger schemes
* Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, flexible start times, with 4 days working from home per month

The Person:
* Principal Structural Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, or similar
* Experience with client-facing work and structural materials
* Commutable to London
