We are currently looking for a Principal Engineer - Battery Performance for our client.
 
The Principal Engineer - Battery Performance will:

Generate battery system concepts from system level requirements by cell selection and pack sizing.
Analyse battery data from tests, race events, and fleet operations.
Determine battery performance and safety through model simulations.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels as a battery performance representative.
Define battery test strategies and protocols to confirm the functionality and security of battery systems.  
The Principal Engineer - Battery Performance will have:

Qualification in a STEM course or relevant equivalent experience.
Strong MATLAB experience analysing battery data.
Experience in battery system development programmes.
Previous experience in battery systems modelling and simulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
