GMP Recruitment are proud to be supporting a global multidisciplinary consultancy seeking a Principal Designer to join their office in London.
This is a full-time permanent position where the Principal Designer will be experienced in their field and work on a Hybrid bases where the can find their time split between the office, on site and at home.
The Principal Designer will join a great work culture with lots of perks and will be supporting them on commercial, retail, and residential projects across the nation.
Principal Designer main duties:
* Carry out Principal Designer duties under CDM Regulations
* Collate and distribute Pre-Construction Information
* Attend project design team meetings
* Assist Designers and Clients with their duties under CDM Regulations
* Review Construction Phase Plan
* Raise F10 notifications behalf of the Client
Principal Designer skills & experience
* Experience & knowledge of CDM Regulations
* Experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
* Experience in the role of CDM Advisor
* Hold an IOSH membership
* Ideally a member of APS
* Hold a NEBOSH certificate
