Eleven have been retained by a Chemicals Manufacturer based in the North West of the UK, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Chemical Engineer to lead and drive innovative chemical engineering projects. This pivotal role demands a proactive leader with a strong technical background and the ability to oversee complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage chemical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Skills and Competencies:
A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, process optimisation, and scale-up methodologies.Tasks:
Lead the design, development, and optimisation of chemical processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
