A Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience of Object-Orientated software design with C++ (Microsoft development) and who has strong Mathematical skills will take ownership of key product developments for a thriving Technology Company with a focus on the design of complex data processing, distribution and display systems. Bringing a strong academic history with an Engineering or Science Degree with a software bias, the successful Principal Software Engineer with have proven experience of leading project teams with the capability to deliver significant software developments, whilst working closely with end customers and users.
Requirements for the Principal Software Engineer include:
* Extensive (12+ years) experience of hands-on Microsoft development.
* Expertise in Object-Orientated Design in C++.
* Software related Degree.
* Strong Mathematical skills.
* Proven team leadership skills.
What will make your application stand out: Experience in the development of Security / Defence Command and Control (C2) software; using and manipulating GIS data; an understanding of RF/Electronics principles.
