Oversee Section 38, Section 278, Section 104 and SuDS designs and approvals.
Attend client meetings and help develop long-term relationships.
Support fee proposals, project planning and business development activities.
Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and the highest technical standards.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
Chartered Engineer (ICE) or working towards Chartership.
Strong consultancy background delivering development infrastructure projects.
Extensive experience in highways and drainage design.
Proficient in Civil 3D together with InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage.
Good understanding of Section 38, Section 278, Section 104, SuDS and UK design standards.
Previous experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to build client relationships.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
Annual bonus.
Hybrid working.
Pension and comprehensive benefits package.
Clear progression towards Associate Director level.
Opportunity to influence the growth of a successful Civil Engineering team.
Varied workload across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.
Supportive, collaborative environment with genuine long-term career progression.
If you're looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of projects, help shape a growing team and continue progressing your career within a well-respected consultancy, I'd be keen to tell you more
