Principal Acoustic Consultant

Requirements
Degree in Acoustics or relevant technical disciplines (e.g. Physics, Maths or Engineering) along with MIOA/FIOA membership
Ability to foster team technical growth through effective management
Extensive experience in acoustic consultancy at principal Demonstrated proficiency in project and people management
In-depth expertise in Environmental Acoustics
Previous role as Project Manager, including budgeting, client proposals, scheduling, and report writing
Proven track record in successful business developmentDuties/Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and preparing proposals
Foster relationships within the acoustics sector to drive business growth - Lead a team to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
Manage support team operations, including recruitment, performance reviews, and personal development plans
Oversee projects of varying sizes as the project manager
Provide technical leadership and oversee project delivery Benefits
