This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with children and wants to make a real impact-especially supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). No two days are the same, and every day brings the opportunity to support, inspire, and celebrate progress, big or small.

Helping to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing
Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs
Preparing resources and contributing to a stimulating classroom environment
Celebrating pupil progress and helping build confidence and independence

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in a primary school or similar setting
Has supported children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
Builds strong, positive relationships with children and staff
Brings energy, creativity, and a sense of humour to the role
Is committed to helping every child feel valued and included

What You'll Get in Return:

A welcoming, supportive team who value your contribution
Opportunities for training and professional development
A role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day
The chance to be part of a school that celebrates individuality and success
