Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Hexham, Northumberland
Salary: £83 - £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
GSL Education are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to join our client schools in Hexham, Northumberland. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting young learners and contributing to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Support the implementation of the primary curriculum and learning activities.
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in education or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
