Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a variety of welcoming primary schools across Keighley, Haworth, Oakworth, Cross Roads, Silsden and nearby areas.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with their learning in the classroom
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment
Support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
Help promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
We Are Looking For
Previous experience working with children or young people
Passion for education and helping pupils succeed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individuals
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
