Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and feel confident in the classroom?
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary schools across Watford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA, graduate, childcare professional or someone looking to begin a career in education.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Working alongside class teachers to support engaging lessons
Providing individual and small-group support
Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
Supporting literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and good classroom routines
Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:

Enthusiasm for working with children
Reliability and a positive attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential
