Teaching Personnel is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school located in the WF3 area. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Salary: £83.85 to £90 per day, depending on experience
Role Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering educational material and activities. Your role will be crucial in creating a supportive and effective learning environment. Responsibilities include:
Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and activities.
Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning material.
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the teacher.
Monitoring and encouraging student progress.
Assisting with the management of classroom behavior.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
A strong commitment to children’s learning and welfare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
