The mainstream primary school we're collaborating with serves children with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behavior. We're currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for various assignments, including providing 1:1 support for SEND pupils.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Offer personalized assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues to create tailored learning plans and pathways, supporting student progress.
Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students' lives socially, physically, and academically.
Proficiently provide necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with those with SEND.
Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in diverse environments.

Experience required:
