Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Barry seeking a confident and committed full-time teacher to join their team.

The role
You'll be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment, delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve.
You'll be expected to:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons
Differentiate learning to meet individual needs
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
Contribute to wider school life and activities
We're looking for a teacher who:
Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching within a primary setting
Is confident managing a classroom
Can adapt their teaching to different learning needs
Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic about primary education
Wants to become a valued member of a school team
