Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
Recent teaching experience, placements, or strong subject knowledge within primary school settings
Good understanding of the primary curriculum, assessment, and effective classroom practice
A calm, positive approach to behaviour management and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and school teams
Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a flexible approach to working across different school settings
Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
