About the Role

We're recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teachers to work in schools across Cambridge and Ely. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons while supporting pupils to reach their full potential in welcoming and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
Monitor, assess and record pupil progress
Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment
Work closely with colleagues, SENCOs and school leadership teams
Contribute to wider school activities where appropriate

What You'll Need

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A minimum of two years' UK primary teaching experience
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility to travel across Cambridgeshire
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
