KS2 Primary Teacher (Supply) - Full-Time or 2 Days per Week

North Norfolk | September Start | Short-Term Opportunity

Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in North Norfolk for an experienced Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join the school from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and resilient teacher to make a real impact within a small mixed KS2 class. The school is able to consider either:

Full-time supply, or
2 days per week supplyThe role is initially expected to last for one half term, with the potential to continue for the remainder of the autumn term.

The Role

This is a full teaching position with complete responsibility for the class, including:

Planning, preparing and delivering engaging KS2 lessons
Assessing pupil progress and maintaining accurate records
Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with school leaders and support staff
Delivering consistently high-quality teaching to support improved pupil outcomesThe successful teacher will be joining a school that is committed to raising standards and continuing its improvement journey. As such, the quality of teaching, planning and assessment is of paramount importance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated teacher who can demonstrate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an internationally recognised equivalent teaching qualification
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Outstanding classroom practice and strong behaviour management
High-quality planning, assessment and curriculum delivery
The ability to raise attainment and inspire pupils to achieve their potential
A proactive, resilient and positive approach to teachingPlease note: Due to the school's current circumstances, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) cannot be considered for this position.
