Role Overview: As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of your students. You will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and foster a love for learning in a supportive classroom setting. This role offers the possibility of a permanent position from September 2024, with the flexibility to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 2 students
Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school initiatives
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school communityRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering the academic and personal development of all students
