We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a committed Primary Teacher to join our team as a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher at a welcoming primary school in the Burnley area. Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Initially a one-year contract, with the potential for a permanent position from September 2025

Role Overview: As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality education that inspires and motivates students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. This role offers the potential for a permanent position from September 2025, allowing you to continue making a significant impact on our students' educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 2 students
Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school initiatives
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school communityRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students
