TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school provides a supportive mainstream learning environment for pupils and is looking for a confident teacher who can engage and motivate children across Key Stage 1 / KS1.
The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher for fixed short-term day-to-day cover, with an immediate start. The successful Primary Teacher will work across KS1, delivering engaging lessons with a particular focus on phonics and guided reading while maintaining high standards of teaching and classroom management.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
QTS
UK primary teaching experience
Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
Experience delivering phonics and guided reading
Excellent classroom management
A flexible and adaptable approach
